1) Why do you name your blog, "The Zen Moments" and why do you call yourselves "Zen-Breather"?
Answers to this question should be read together with those written in 'About me'. The "moments" are actually the moments during reflection, where awareness plays a role. Being aware and then reflect as part of a daily life routine could interestingly uncover many amazing instances that helps to give life a bit of a delight, and then bring a smile to the face. If one practice awareness (i.e., observing, understanding and not questioning), it does feels that the mind is breathing very refreshing air, cool, calm and peaceful. I try as best as I could to practice this. It's good to one's well-being. That explains why I also call myself "Zen-Breather."
2) If you are interested in blogging, then it means you are into 'writing', so when did you discover your 'passion' for writing?
I had forgotten when and why writing appeals to me. I only remember when I was little, I wanted to be a writer. And that motivated me to write. Writing to me is a form of healing at that time. Family problem aside, I do feel I need to let the doubts, insecurity and worry about anything out of my system and writing become a medium. Now Writing serves the purpose of putting down my thoughts and thinking about daily life happening. It helps clear my mind and "de-cluttering".
3) "Reflection" and "observation" appears to be your motivation to blog and you use blogging as a form of record, so what is it that you want to get out from blogging?
Forrest Gump said that his mama told him, life is a box of chocolate. Actually what Forrest Gump's mama means is that life's a thriller movie! You only know what's going on until the end, and often along the way, you cannot even expect what will happen next. Blogging gives me an opportunity to help sharpen my perceptive observation, so that it helps me reflect better, and enable me to always be ready to face the next challenge. Blogging/writing is related to thinking and there are benefits relating the two together. It helps one to form a secondary opinion to an existing issue. That, to me, is a by product of having a "Zen Moments", which is what I hope to gain from blogging.
